This is an oversized work special shipping consideration is needed, message me with your address we can discuss options.

Shipping 

Every effort will be made to ship the original paintings within 3 days. (Most will be shipped the day after purchase.)  If there is an obstacle to doing so the customer will be contacted. Paintings are double-boxed, and UPS is usually used to ship. A signature is required for receipt of work. A tracking number will be provided to customer.

In the unlikely event that a package is lost and unable to be recovered a refund will be provided. If a package comes to collector with damage: please take pictures of the box before opening, and of the piece. I will work with you to make it right. Fixing if possible, refunding, offering a different piece, etc. 

Please reach out if you are considering buying multiples as I might be able to ship pieces together and provide a discount on the shipping.

If you live within 30 miles of Orlando, Florida, I do offer delivery for $10, or free pickup from an agreed upon location can be arranged. 

Returns

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and if possible in its original packaging, or professionally packaged. Return shipping cost are customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If an items arrives damaged, please take photos and I will work with you to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns are accepted for work in like-new condition within 15 days. Collector will pay for return shipping. Please use the packaging the work arrived in or have a professional repackage. Returns will be issued once work is received and inspected. 

In the unlikely event your painting arrives and the packaging looks damaged, please take photos of the package and painting when unpacked. I will work with you to get the item fixed or replaced if damaged.

48x48 inches

Each painting has a layer of glossy varnish on top to protect it from dirt, dust and UV light. If the painting is dusty or dirty, use a clean dry or damp cloth to gently wipe clean. It is recommended to hang artwork in spaces where temperature and humidity are controlled to avoid any warping or mold growth on the wooden frame. (Not recommended for outdoor use, or in damp spaces.)
