Shipping policy

Shipping Original work.

Every effort will be made to ship original paintings within 3 days. (Most work will be shipped the day after purchase.)  If there is an obstacle to doing so the customer will be contacted. Paintings are double-boxed, and UPS ground is usually used to ship. Most paintings arrive approximately a week after purchase. Because of one of a kind nature of the work and it's monetary value; a signature is required for receipt of work.  A tracking number will be provided to customer once painting is delivered to UPS. From Thanksgiving through Christmas allow for extra time due to increased volume of shipping for all carriers. 

In the unlikely event that a package is lost and unable to be recovered a refund will be provided. (So far every piece I've shipping as reached the collector successfully.) If a package comes to collector with damage: please take pictures of the box before opening, and of the piece. I will work with you to make it right. Fixing if possible, refunding, offering a different piece, etc. 

If you are located within an hour of Orlando there are options for pickup, and delivery.

Shipping Reproductions

All reproduction orders are sent and fulfilled by my printer. Production time is generally 3 days for items to be printed. Shipping is anywhere from 4-8 days depending on the item and location. A tracking number will be provided once items are given to the shipper. Please allow extra time from Thanksgiving through Christmas due to increased volume.
